Today I had another opportunity to experience how important innovation and technical challenges are. But I also realized again that it is equally crucial to understand what problems the customer is facing today. Innovators play a key role and it is important that we invest in forward-looking technologies and concepts in order to remain competitive. Nevertheless, we must never forget to keep asking ourselves: Where does the customer currently stand? What difficulties are they facing? We are often already many steps ahead in our thinking while the customer is still struggling with their current challenges. The most important priority must therefore be to recognize and solve these customer problems. Despite all the advances in artificial intelligence and technology, focusing on the customer's current needs remains our key to success. This is the only way we can ensure that our innovations are truly relevant and that there is no gap between us and the customer
